At Rainbow Dental, we are committed to take excellent care with easy payment options. We are happy to work with you very closely to ensure that you get the maximum insurance coverage. Our staff are eager to help you and answer any questions that you may have.
According to a report released by the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare (AIHW), people are more likely to visit a dentist, especially for checkups and preventive care, if they have dental insurance. At Rainbow Dental, we are committed to taking excellent care of your oral health, thereby improving the quality of your life. Our aim is to maximise your insurance reimbursement for all covered procedures.
Rainbow Dental is well-informed about insurance
It goes without saying that at Rainbow Dental all our staff members are well informed and up-to-date about dental insurance in Australia. Please don’t hesitate to call us if you have any questions or concerns regarding insurance or any other matter, before your visit. Bring all your insurance information along with you to the consultation so we can provide you with all the necessary information, and do the required processing to expedite reimbursement.
Do you belong to a health fund? If yes, we can make your life easier by processing your claim electronically on your behalf with the help of our HICAPS automatic claiming system https://www.hicaps.com.au/providers/participating-partners. Please remember that your health fund rebates are not up to us; they depend on the level of your cover and yearly limit. Speak with your provider to learn more about the rebates that you are eligible for.
